ஆவலுடன் சென்ற பப்புவுக்கு
ஆயிரம் யோசனைகளைக்
கூறு கட்டி அனுப்பினாள் இவள்
அன்பின் பாதையில்
அடுக்கிய யாவையும்
அவளைப்போலவே சிரித்தன
பிரியங்களைக்கொடுத்து
பசுமையைப் பெற்றுவந்த
அவளின் அதிகாலைப்
புன்னகையைப் போலவே
சுவைகூட்டின
கண்ணாடிக்குள் இருந்த
முட்டை விழிகள்
குயுக்தியுடன் சிட்டையை
அகழாய்வு செய்ததில்
நல்லன யாவும்கொசுறாக
பப்பு கைகளை விரித்து
ஓடியபடி காய்கறிகளுக்கு
முத்தமிடத் தொடங்கினாள்..
when Pappu went eagerly to buy vegetables
